So this thing has only been on one shoot ever. So it is basically brand new. It worked well on the one shoot. I got like 500 some shots maybe, with everything working super smoothly. Now I did have external power that was a huge plus. The quibble with this specific Ki Pro is that slot 1 card reader for whatever reason is not working. Card slot 2 works perfectly fine. I figured this out over hours of troubleshooting with AJA KI PRO techs on the phone. They have a great customer service team. It was the last thing we thought it could be. Anyways this Unit can be shipped into AJA and they said they would replace it no problem. I haven't gotten around to it because well only having one slot doesn't really change anything. You cant record on two at once so basically it is the small task of switching out the cards instead of just switching spots. Its a minor thing the device still works so I haven't gotten around to it. I am changing rigs and no longer really need this guy, So I wanted to see if anyone needed one, thats why its up here. Price will be lowered a bit for the slot annoyance. Again used on one shoot. Plus the sandisks and that cord are not cheap. Remember this device is fully operational, it just seems as though one of the two card slots I could not get working. It is something AJA will replace for you if you wish.
