    Description

    Its hard to find anything on how to determine an age.  This piece was purchased by myself in St. Louis Missouri. The Lady that owned the estate which belonged to her mom and dad Told me her Her Dad had purchased it when he was in Korea during the Korean conflict in the 1950s While he was on a 3 day pass. I researched the statue and could only find that it was Liu Haichan

    standing on the moon frog of prosperity Made of beautiful Hetian Nephrite Jade.  This piece has a total weight of 4 lbs 5 ounces and stands about 10.5 inches Tall including the original fit wood base. The Jade itself is 9 inches tall and has a weight of 3 lbs and 12 ounces . This is a stunning piece.
