Sony EV-C100 Hi8 NTSC Hi Fi VCR Not Working

This is a Sony EV-C100 Hi Fi Stereo Hi8 VCR. NTSC. From a local storage unit. Not Working. Read details below before bidding.
Cosmetics-Some surface wear and dirt residue from being in storage. One of the top vent fins is bent in. The front right shuttle jog control has some wiggle looseness and pushes in some. I can see the board move inward from the inside. I took a peek on the inside and it has dirt residue. Good overall otherwise. Operationally not working. It does power up but does not do much. There is a tape stuck inside and will not eject it. When you push play the head drum will spin for a few seconds but it does not start playing. After that nothing responds
. Good for someone who enjoys tinkering with old VCR's. See lots of photos of what you are getting. Sold AS IS.
